ATLANTIC INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Immediate Cancellation: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping has started, cancellation may not be entertained.
  • Perishable Items: Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. However, if the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory, a refund or replacement may be considered.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. The merchant will verify the issue before processing any further actions.
  • Product Mismatch: If the received product does not match the description or your expectations, notify our customer service within the same day of receipt. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
  • Refund Processing: If a refund is approved by ATLANTIC INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS, it will take approximately 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer's account.
