Safe Delivery: The package arrived in perfect condition with absolutely no damage. Live Tracking: Their tracking system is excellent and provided accurate, real-time updates throughout the journey. Delivery Time: It took 13 days to deliver, which is quite reasonable for an international shipment.If you are looking for a reliable, safe, and transparent courier service from Pune, I highly recommend them!
I was initially hesitant to use Atlantic Couriers after seeing so many negative reviews, but I am glad I went ahead. The entire process of sending a parcel from Bangalore to Sweden was smooth and hassle free. Special thanks to Swamini, who was very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout. She was very patient with multiple queries, request for information, rescheduling collection etc. and everything was handled well, and we didn't have to pay any import duty at all.
The packing was good, the parcel of two large boxes of 15 +15 kgs arrived on time and, most importantly, there was no damage to the goods. Overall, a very positive experience and much better than I expected.
