No. If you do not have a GST registration you can apply as an Individual partner and upload an ID proof, which our team verifies manually. GST-registered businesses should apply as a Company to access commercial cargo rates and input tax credit on invoices.
No. We do not collect or store Aadhaar numbers. Individual applicants simply upload a copy of one ID proof — Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence — which our team reviews manually before activating the account.
