AWB (Air Waybill) number is a unique tracking number given to your shipment upon booking your shipment with Atlantic Courier. This number helps you track your shipment right from pickup to final delivery. You will find this number on the booking receipt, invoice, and in the booking details sent to you via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.

3 Why isn’t my tracking showing any updates?

If your tracking is not showing any updates, your parcel may still be under processing, or it may not have moved to the next stage yet. Tracking information is updated as your parcel moves from one stage to another. If the status does not change for a long time, contact our customer support team with your AWB number.

4 What does "in transit" or "customs hold" mean?

"In transit" means your parcel has been dispatched from the origin country and is on its way to the destination country. If the tracking status shows "Customs Hold," it means your shipment is being inspected by customs authorities and is awaiting clearance.

5 Can I get WhatsApp or SMS tracking updates?

Yes, you can get tracking updates via SMS and WhatsApp. These updates help you stay informed about your shipment’s progress. You can also track your shipment online or contact our customer support team with AWB number for assistance.

6 Can I track a shipment sent via India Post, DTDC, or Blue Dart on your site too?

No. You can only track shipments booked through Atlantic International Express. For parcels sent via India Post, DTDC, or Blue Dart, you may have to contact the respective couriers for tracking updates.

7 What should I do if my shipment is delayed?

If your shipment is delayed, check the latest tracking status using your AWB number. If you do not see any new updates in the last 72 hours, you can contact Atlantic’s customer care team 24/7 for assistance and the latest tracking updates.
